Return Process

  Ensure that your beauty products are in their original packaging, unopened, and unused to comply with our hygiene and safety standards.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the items safely in a shipping box along with your RA number to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a tracked postal service; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
